why the hell would he just walk away... why not try and write on the ground or gesture to ask shit from them... fucking MC must have brain damage to more than just his linguistics. :slap:

Language barrier and tabi-like mentality, whatever problem they had wasn't his problem, he just solved one of it for them actually, so bro just took the reward "voluntarily", while he can't speak, he could write but they'd most likely don't know what language it is.

And beside there's really no point in doing anything beside looking at boobies afterward imo, if he were to try anything now it's more likely to stir them up thinking he's hostile and attack him instead, so I think it's chill.

That's... not how sound works. Unless his hearing is on a new frequency that can't hear human speech, he'd still be hearing spoken words. Also, if he has a tongue, he should be able to practice to form words he used to use as a human, at least simple ones. Unless there's some weird magic involved, this "language barrier" seems awfully contrived.

Edit: OK, a later chapter clarifies that it is an actual language issue because they're from a different country. Still, the point about human speech stands.

I mean he has a mouth (and tongue for that matter) of a lizard so that might tremendously obstruct how he forms utterance. Might as well stop trying to speak if that's the case.
