Isekai just means another world. It's not saying he got sent to another world, but that it's a fantasy world unrelated to ours. The term just got co-opted into a different meaning than the actual japanese word, similarly to "hentai" just meaning pervert and having nothing to do with erotic manga in japan.Why does it says "Fantasy Isekai" at the begining?
