Yeah, it's not easy to translate them, especially since some (like the words for relatives) can take on any of the several honorific suffixes, which are never interchangeable. Just look at Sister Princess to see the hoops that the English translator had to jump through to give each of the 12 eponymous sisters a unique way of addressing the male MC - their shared half-brother - to mirror their individually idiosyncratic choice of Japanese way of addressing an older brother.

On a side note, why did you go with the Japanese title, and did not use the English title that's used by the pre-serialization version? It would be less confusing and more consistent if you used the latter; just add "Serialization" to it for distinction, as that's the convention on this site (well, either that or add "Pre-Serialization" to the original release).

The image site the series was originally posted on had announced plans to Restrict certain types of imagery, and so Guba decided to speed run the series before the restrictions came into effect rather than leave it unfinished.

The ending was literally rushed, because Pixiv changed its policies and Giba-san had to rush it out or the series would have been blocked.

Thanks for the translation. Interesting that MC didn't say high potion shortens your lifespan. Without saying any spoilers, that's kind of an important point in the end of the original version. Maybe he doesn't know it yet, and will learn about it when he goes to see THAT doctor.

Please, keep them as they are. Japanese is a language where suffixes an honorifics are very important. And I think all of us reading manga can understand them well. One of the thing I don't like about english localization of manganime is that they try very hard to erase them, and a lot of meaning is lost

Read the original webcomic. It was pretty good as a 1-pager series but I do worry whether this series can really enhance the storytelling or not. Just because a story changes medium to a longer form doesn't automatically mean it'll be better
