I wonder how the eye markings work. They aren't birth marks and vary within family and by age, so he just paints them on as a tradition, their number determined by unknown rules?

nipote means nephew, means the practice of Priest/cardinals giving preference to their 'nephews' that were their biological children that their brother and sisters raised in secretly for them in Italy
Well yes but no, he did proved to be a hero defeating a monster in a hard situation even with his weird quirk... like the dropped wallet test...did that count as nepotism even if proving a trait?
