Isn't it weird how as a beast-human Rose says that she serves customers that are "non-human"? Wouldn't she say something like "non-beastfolk"?

No, "non-human" is correct, same as "beast folk" or "demi human", but "non-human" works better because she works with elves and fairies, non-humans, in addition to other non-human races

Edit: in the chapter she says: "Sometimes I make clothes for adventurers who conquer dungeons"

"But I also do business with demi-humans like me"

"Beast folk, elves, fairies, and other friendly non-human races"

I wasn't taking issue with your translation in any of the comments I made by the way but on second reading I can see how that came across. I just found it weird why the author decided to use that language.
