But I agree, without us knowing many monster are captured by pokeball then forced a monster to breed with a slime that can morph into anything for a petty reason like searching it's hidden ability. And government turn a blind eye as long they can get a share profit from the people who made that horrid system.

I believe Rhea too are exposed in danger, as she was proved as one entity that included in MC party. That means there's a sheer chance possibility Rhea won't be hidden by MC skills and noticed by people.

If I recall right people will notice her, but due to his stealth and some other factors (the mask) they do not fully understand what they are seeing.

But ya, there is no record of another tamed monster out there that the MC can find, so for the same reasons as the girls magic being kept a secret (to protect against jealous attacks and exploitation until they have the strength and reputation to stand openly, since being unique can easily backfire on you) another tamer could be out there and keeping their's hidden.
