If we're just talking about attitudes that's been shown..
-Sage seems extremely suspicious, he also have a very toxic attitude and no signs of caring at all about what wrongs might be done to others.
(No qualms about making false accusations for example.)
-Berserker seems to like trashtalking about others, typical unpleasant attitude with temper issues.
(Like the common damagemeter whores you sometimes encounter in mmorpg games, unpleasant agitator but not necessarily criminal.)
-Hero doesn't show much but seems to dislike it when someone ridicule another, considering his actions always interrupted such when seeming like it could go on for some time.
(Maybe past experiences of getting ridiculed himself and not wanting reminders? Maybe just don't want to waste time on something unproductive/bad for the party like that.)
Attitude-wise seems unlikely he'd intentionally do anything that would harm the party like cursing a perfectly good member.
-Healer.. So far nothing noteworthy shown at all, probably irrelevant to the story when considering that.
If we consider jobs, Sage is once again the most suspicious since they're the most likely to actually hold the knowledge and ability to curse someone,
although it wouldn't be all that weird for a healer to have enough knowledge either.
If we consider who would likely need to be involved in hiding the curse status effect from protag, Sage is the most likely once again.
Frankly, based on what's shown so far the Sage is ridiculously suspicious tbh, and it's pretty easy listing more reasons for it. (Doesn't mean he acted alone though.)
