Literally all they need is a program where a senior adventurer helps out a couple new adventurers for a week or two and that would solve most of the problem of new adventurers dying. Although it seems to be more that the problem is that really powerful adventurers end up dying without leaving any descendants and the guild wants to have a breeding program to create stronger adventurers basically.
