I checked the web novel and it probably should have the tag, unfortunately. The web novel has the tag but imo it's debatable. Major spoilers for explanation.

For 99% of the story he does only date/do anything sexual with the main girl. He's using his "skill" to help others but the author managed to avoid this premise turning into the expected harem for every new girl who shows up. The main girl knows that other people have issues and that the dude can help them. It's not even just about "embiggen boberts" but things like one character having lost a breast in combat as an adventurer.

The other girls have POV chapters where they want him but he only wants to be with the main girl. Does that count as a harem tag? idk. Then in the finale/epilogue chapter the main girl goes "Oh well, let's do a harem" for no reason and pushes him in to it while he objects. Without this one chapter I would have agreed with no harem tag but with it I think you gotta put it on so people don't get baited.

Edit: Reading through this thread people who think this manga is going to be all about making every pair big ol' honkers are going to be disappointed. Or the people who think there will be seggs. lmao.

What's the point of having both a job and a skill? Appraiser job has an appraisal skill. Boob corrector job has boob correction skill. Seems redundant. Do people ever get multiple skills or skills mismatched to their job?

In similar works, yes, it's not unusual to have 2-3 "skills" needed to perform one's job. Like a dragon rider might get a "riding dragons" skill and a "not getting eaten by dragons" skill.

Or gain new skills as one levels up. Like a warrior might start with "sword fighting" skill, and then get "awesome sword strike" skill on level up.

From a programming standpoint, it makes sense. One can write a "sword fighting" skill, and then give it to "warrior", "sword sage", "sword princess", "knight", "weapon master" and other classes that need to hit enemies with a sword. So, "boob corrector" might end up sharing "boob correction" skill with "slave master", "succubus" or "plastic surgeon" jobs.

Also, in RPGs, jobs often have a stat progression associated with them. I guess Boob Corrector would have high stats responsible for survival to ensure he can survive all the slapping and punching from tsundere clients. And at high levels might get skills such as "female resistance" that reduces all damage done by female opponents.

Can the skill "boob correction" correct man's boob or strictly woman's only?

From a realistic standpoint, men's breasts are exactly the same as women's breasts, just flatter. I heard men can even lactate under the right conditions. We kinda left realistic territory when modern world people got randomly assigned classes, though.

Besides, M2F sex change is definitely something this class is meant to help with, so it should work on men's boobs too. Unless it can only work when the trans person officially changes gender in their paperwork, which would be weird. And give bureaucrats a lot of power. Imagine a team with one person with powers of animal control, and his teammate with a stack of documents certifying that his enemy is an animal
