A dystopian world, innocent children as potential war weapons, best bros making it through a post-apocalyptic setting, a grand mystery, and a cute little girl AND cat. It's a lot of elements to carry through to a satisfactory conclusion, especially for something only five volumes long, but it's a captivating start.

Alas, the chapter scan was 12 months ago.
