Kinda, sexual assault is kinda different, but she did say violence is all that matters/rules everything so I assume she follows the notion that your allowed to do anything if your strong enough. So she would probably let you do things to her if you can a: avoid her resistance or b: beat her in a fight.
Plus he didn't actually fight her, but the fact thag she actually stopped after missing her elbow says that she doesn't seem all too against it.
