Can't they just...you know, Climb out?
This isnt some Bane Pit from Dark Knight. It has very obviously climbable walls. Hell this place looks like valley. They can just try to find easier spot to climb and keave.
Are they idiots or something that must do what that crazy bitch tells them to do?

I think Akita would probably think of something like that the issue is that A. It might make Setsuna angry and more importantly B. her brother immediately attacks him

So it seems the FMC is the way she is just because?
I wish it had be more scenes of Akita and Setsuna talking about her whole ordeal. I think the author just doesn't want to develop that and just be a "yeah, violence"
