Wow, this is brilliant. it is basically Isekai but with different skin. But making it the reason for a self-insert aspect and it work in great effect, as well as using it as gimmick of the plot as well


Shame it is just one shot. But then again i think it should end here. Don't know how you explore this concept beyond just make it slice of life romcom, which is nothing wrong, but also nothing special and no where it would reach the same high as it here

Honestly the whole amnesia trope works really well as a one shot. It's not my favourite when it's the whole premise, though I liked Golden time, but when it's plonked into the middle of a romance story it sucks, it just adds nothing relevant to the story imo.

There’s nowhere interesting for the story to go. We got all the goodness in the one shot. He’s going to become a different person now. The only thing interesting that could happen would be for the MC to lose the girl through death or break up.

This thing was short and sweet. Let’s hope it remains that way.
