Implication != confirmation. And you're talking about a chapter that comes after my comment. While I do also suspect that the government probably knows more than we think, they just cleared him of being a suspect in this chapter and let him free.

Maybe deeper in the government they still suspect him, but that is just speculation.

Fair enough,I just don't take Story at face value so I always suspect for something that hasn't been shown early on.
