With the transfer ability they already have their perfect assassin - transfer a needle into somebody's brain, ground glass into their lungs, or slow acting poison into their gut, and you're done. No need to go all Scanners on them.

I assume they chose mc for a reason other than him being a protag, she prolly couldn't get close either but be interesting if their powers' evolved' halfway through to get more distance/control

Yeah, the most recent episode hinted that powers could evolve, when they suspected that MC has evolved to car explosions... but since (for now) this is a manga that's much more concerned with heavy-handed social metaphor than sci-fi rules, they're going to stick with the angry young man being the only one who can bring down society.

Still expecting "Lowell is also an ability user" and it'd take their whole team to take him out or so or a plot twist like he's already or one of his allies is in the "rebel" organization
