One thing being highlighted in this author's work - unintentional though it may be - is that double standard expected of women in multi-partner relationships.

She's definitely being deceitful - acting the dithering girl while calculating how best to serve her desires by using as many people as possible. Certainly a shitty person - in a monogamous setting.

Male characters of the same stripe don't get as much flak as she's getting in the comments.

Grab your average male-centred harem and peep the casual sharing of himself with all the female characters; not one criticism of him because its expected -even highly desired - behaviour.

Here we see the MC still trying to pretend at the morality of her (our) world while desiring to do otherwise now that the society doesn't give two shits but even approves of it.
