Wha? Was Bloomed in Action released under the Brocken Blood umbrella? Just a different story in the same volume release? Or do the plots somehow tie in together?

[Tenshi_]

Does Bloomed in Action have its own manga or is this like a oneshot bonus?

Apparently it is a oneshot bonus. It's also a different unrelated story in the same volume. From what I read in the next volumes, I don't think the plots tie together, as it looks like the oneshot has nothing to do with the story.

Yeah Bloomed in Action is its own full manga (also fully translated on Mangadex).
