Broken search on special characters

Hi there,

I noticed that your search doesn't seem to be able to handle certain characters. If I click on the artist/author of this work https://mangadex.org/title/39182/nameless-ancient-style-abo/comments/ I get no matches, which obviously isn't right. Please have a look at that.

I noticed this too. Looks like an escaping (’) issue.

One of the solution I can see is people stop using decorative shit from unicode and use "proper" apostrophes and quotation marks in titles.

But proper solution would be full unicode support of course
