That’s Matsuko. She’s a TV personality who’ famous for her show “Matsuko’s Unknown World” where she has self-proclaimed experts and fanatics come on to introduce the deeper bits of everyday things like chocolate and eggs. That show is popular because, unlike most Japanese talk shows, it’s full of (funny) criticism and angry-ish yelling.
