I will always be on Bungo's side... but this is such a bad decision. I can only hope there are assloads of character/team development out of this.

Yoshimi's being very irrational but there's something he wants to see no matter what, to the point that he's willing to bet on this revenge match against honmoku?

This better be good, Yoshimi.

Moarrrrr i wanna see Bungo's game. Ive a feeling though that this is gonna be a tragedy aka life lesson. Hope its not gonna be as crushing as I've visualized how the story goes after this in my head #crybabybungo #lol #sorrybungo

@maki-sama this is not Ishihama's first official game... They used him against one (Maybe two, I don't remember too well) weak school.

Yoshimi did say it wasn't a calculated decision. He's likely making it more of a learning opportunity to raise up the next ace

The reason he's playing isn't Yoshimi.

It's really because Ayukawa saw something in him the previous day.

Most definitely irrational, but I think it's realistic for Yoshimi's reason to be: "even if he fails, I won't feel any regrets" because there would always be a "what if" in his mind given what he's seen of Bungo. Meanwhile it seems clear to everyone in the stadium that the Suzuki Satou lads are definitively worse than the rival's backup pitchers and would get smacked.

The guy doesn't know the game very well. Can this be considered as a fool's confidence.. Up to the next chapter.
