You know after thinking about this arc for a while I have a question: what the villains trying to accomplish? Like Fyodor said he wanted to create a world without ability users, but that motivation hasn’t been brought up since that chapter. And the rest of the Decay of Angels don’t really seem to care. Like they’ve caused a lot of chaos but I just don’t understand the purpose.

Edit: Like how does a vampire army, coin bombs, a floating casino attribute to the eradication of ability users?

@Z0mbieJr they have to set up a series of events to eventually use "The Page" from "The Book" since
1. only a few sentences can be on a page (and the DoA only have 1 page)
and more importantly
2. the things written on/in The Page/Book MUST follow a structured story and follow the rules of cause and effect (meaning you cant just write anything onto/into The Page/Book)

thusly they have to set up a series of events that can realistically lead to the death/extinction of all ability users before writing onto the page and making it reality. they seem to be doing this by making all ability users look evil by framing the detective agency for global terrorism.
