Is this a satirical manga mean to demonstrate what it might have been if communism became dominant? Especially communist China, where it was encouraged for younger generations to wreck havoc on the older generations. Ah wait... I see with the mass amount of children doing the same thing, it is likely that propaganda and institutions likely had ordered the children to do it, so they can convert the country to full applications of communism by severing the parent and child relationship and making the child belong to the state. Yep, on page 1 the boy states, this is "a far greater good" so he probably has more loyalty for the state that wants complete control over the country and follows those orders from the state even though personally, his heart is rejecting it.
