1. Oh I hadn't noticed that.

2. By that I mean that the MC (?) still considered the evil dragon who took over his friend's corpse as a friend. A feeling that was reciprocated to an extent seeing how the evil dragon hadn't try to harm him during their years together. Even after its real form was exposed, it went out of its way to avoid harming him. Which is why I found it a bit weird that the Oneshot didn't show the MC mourning his "friend's" death or even reflecting on it. It just skips to the end showing him all happy after becoming the girls' pet. Maybe that will be addressed in later chapters if this work managed to get serialized. I'll try looking for more chapters then.
