@SamYam15 because the minimum a trans team needs is a manga scan, a person who knows both Japanese and English, a proofreader, someone to put it all into the manga with fancy text.
And that’s just the bar minimum. You also probably need redrawers to make it not look like crap and multiples of all the others.
You have to remember that these people aren’t getting paid and taking this seriously could become a second Unpaid job for them. Especially since there probably a bunch of highschoolers or collage students. I know it sucks when your favourite manga gets a raw deal but you have to remember that so much work goes into just editing this pages so you can read them.
