I mean yeah she's two faced and narcissistic, but at least she doesn't seem to be overtly cruel and condescending in her internal monologues. Based off just this chapter it seems she has a high opinion of herself, not so much a gratuitously negative opinion of others (at least other than generalizations like "people are simpletons").

uguisudani is such a fun character. she really sees herself as some kind of mastermind manipulator, meanwhile her sinister plots are... talking nicely to her rival to find out what's going on, and running cutely in PE. oooh, scary...! what a cruel and evil mind she has!
