Haha I have just astigmatism and it's enough that I can't recognize people's faces with my glasses off, because all their features are too blurryThat's not how poor eyesight works author.
I need the max amount of glasses prescription to see, and even still I can tell who is who when I have them off.
She would have to be near clinically blind to not be able to tell who it is.
My late grandfather had something similar, he required eye surgery later in life from how extreme his eye loss got.Haha I have just astigmatism and it's enough that I can't recognize people's faces with my glasses off, because all their features are too blurry
It's also not how catching a cold works (the extra panels at the end, where Ueno talks about catching a cold just from being in the rain). That's not how poor eyesight works author.

I'd probably feel more like this if I didn't know the end was coming up. I'll readily admit it's a bit frustrating to see a lack of character growth (moreso on Tabata's part, as I find Ueno's naivete(?) to be more charming than anything) but since there's only so much time left until the end of the story I'm just enjoying what we currently have.As this goes on the Tabata/Ueno relationship is honestly becoming more annoying. It was fine until they got together but it feels like once that happened the author really had no idea what to do with them so they just spend every chapter acting like over-anxious morons who can't so much as move a finger without assuming it's going to make the other person mad. You can see what the answer is and the whole "we have to keep our relationship a secret" thing is dumb when everybody is already more or less aware of it anyway and nobody seems to care. It all just feels like wheel spinning and taking forever to get to a point where they should have been a long time ago.
And way too much focus on Akabane and the kouhai as well when neither of them are interesting.
The Uguisudani/Gotanda and Sayaka/Shinbashi relationships are more interesting and I'd rather see more focus placed on their development instead of it just getting like two pages every few chapters. Hell, I'd rather read about Mori's Love Quest.
I guess I can say at least it's not the worst part of the series which is any chapter that focuses on Ueno's brother. I absolutely hate that character both for the weird /ss/bait thing and the fact he's just annoying and unlikable in general.
