It's rather interesting how there are not more attacks against schools by students or former students in Japan. Even from normal sources it's easy to learn school bullying is a real problem there, made worse by the schools' usual solution being to hide it and pretend nothing strange is going on, including pressuring the victim to suck it up and convince the victim it's his/her own fault. Yet there are no school shootings or anything. Of course Japan is one of the most weapon paranoid countries (even a sword is illegal to own, unless you have a license for it), so it wouldn't be easy to acquire firearms, but one could always build pipe bombs or use other alternative methods, even poison. But nothing. The bullying victims just read edgelord revenge web novels or start writing such themselves.
