Button to quick update series progress :planned:

I only really update my reading status when I drop a series/put it on hold. Usually this would be if I were up to date with the current scanlation. I think a button to update the series progress to the latest current scanlation would be nice.

1. Check user languages.
2. Filter by language (no filter if none) and update to latest chapter.
