Lots of extroverts in this threads I guess. Being an introvert, I don't think Kiyosumi acted well but I completely understand it.

Introverts need to be alone more than they(we) need company, and that makes them(us) think others don't need their(our) company. Thus, they(we) tend to not reach out themselves(ourselves).
