Not at all the same thing. Hyorim was hiding it for Suwon's sake + it is a huge invasion of privacy even between couples. Even then, she was willing to compromise and let him go through her phone. Meanwhile Suwon was hiding secrets even though it was clearly negatively affecting their relationship
