From the looks it gave impression that can be worn on the wrist. That's why the photo was enlarged, to not reveal the whole part of the charm. @Animeknight

I don't think I get the motive here. Did he want to kill the manager instead of just quitting the job, or did he just wanted to put blame on the other guy because he was jealous? Both reasons are kinda weak.
