It was about a boy bullied in elementary by five mentally dearanged kids with a girl/boy(can t remember exactly the gender) as their leader, the MC changed school and so the leader planned to kill the parents and little brother's MC. It was done by making the MC parents fall a cliff while they were driving by shoving in front of the car one of his friends and so making them turn the car and fall. The MC now wants revenge and his grandfather whom was part of the special forces of japan in WW2 trains him till he becomes 14 years old.
