Yup, this was pretty bad. Another one of those mangas that portray women as weak-willed, easy to manipulate pawns.
Not only was the chick okay with being manipulated by her boyfriend, immediately (and I do mean immediately) after she dumped him, she was okay with being manipulated by his friend.
