Can't claim my group

I'm trying to claim my scanlation group Noxus Scan, but the request has been pending for over 10 days and nothing has happened.

I've already submitted the claim request, and my group is properly credited in the chapters I uploaded. However, I still haven't received any response or confirmation, and the claim is still unresolved.

Could someone please help me with this issue?
