Should just be "lose" ... Typically you only pluralize a verb or the subject. Not both.
A person loses.
Many people lose.

Should be "lost" ... The word "losed" is always wrong. It's not a real word in modern English.

Maybe it was a real word in the past, but if that's the case then it should only be used when someone is fully using archaic speech.
