No, I read it right, the anniversary will be between "10th and 16th of January". Probably the last week I'm around.
Don't worry, I'll be sure to make sure your funeral arrangements to the best of my ability. Funny photoshop and all.

Do you have any funeral music you want in specific?

By perchance, Does your New year resolution contains "Not talking to basement dwellers anymore"?
Nah, it's neither a resolution nor that one, it's a mix of having to reduce the amount of time sitting (plus being more efficient) and aversion to the youngest folks (from new casuals, not the gang). There's also the part of long-time scanlators disappearing with no replacement (proper or no one to even) and less series I actually look forward to see updates from, maybe now it's a goodbye to the forum but it's likely to follow to otaku stuff in the midterm at most. In the end, even keeping track of series takes time and it's becoming less fulfiling, it's been some time since last time I got a new manga volume because it's not about collecting them but reading them in Japanese (from which I'm stalled).

Funerals are consolation parties for the living, so it's about you to choose one, but I can't deny that Death Metal works for the best.

Nah, even I can't make any stupid jokes after reading this.:fml:

I understand where you are coming from but It's going to be really lonely after you leave, especially since one of the most familiar face in the comment section is leaving. Now who's going to post an entire list of manga on the recommendation threads? This is really sad.

I hear the word 'Oyasumi' and it just instantly pops in my head. You don't wanna know how many different versions of the song I have in a playlist. :worry:

The OMORI brain rot is real.
Weird, I've never heard of this game before. It looks scary. I want it. I have no money. It's weird because I listen to the song often, I never knew it had significance to a well thought out game.

Dood said he's tired like 6 times this week, I think you need more sleep. :worry:
True, I'd say I'm working on it, but that would be a lie, it's more like my psychiatrist is working on it, and I'm being belligerent.
Go to bed, Al.
Funny things is, I went to bed before seeing this. Funnier, I didn't sleep well, and now I don't feel much different than I did last night. Slightly clearer thinking though.

Same here, I've been listening to the song way before OMORI came out and found out about the game through this song in the first place. It's so cool.

It's a great game, definitely recommend it. It's also got some great OST, here's a sneak peek into two of them:

Well, at least you are trying I guess? Can't say the same for a lot of people who give up on it. :aquadrink:
I think I know this song from somewhere
Maybe you know bo en other songs? He does a lot of awesome music:
