What I don't get is how she ended up living on her own if her mom is that overprotective. Or has that all been a misunderstanding all this time and it was just the mom wasn't home?
@Heimdal I believe that she moved out on her own since it’s closer to her school and her mom stayed for her work, I guessed she occasionally checked up on her. It’s just a theory, but maybe it’s because the school is more open to catulus than others, so Yukki somehow convinced her mom to let her go and live on her own.
Yes once momma sees how many loving friends Yuki has she will have to let her stay!
Sadly, we are pretty much caught up with the raws, so releases will have to be every other week now I suppose. Better mentally prepare myself for the longer waits.
@MoonlightwolfchanX
If we look at how it is released and the chapters go up the wait can/will be most likely a bit longer than every other week.
And yeah I hope mama can get convinved (I am impressed that they used the intelligent way and let the grandfather handle it) and then she entrusts Yuki into Riko's care. (and then maybe we have the get together ... even if I dont think that this will happen)
@SaitoHimea Actually scan through the earlier chapters We're never given a clear view of any significant part of her home let alone layout. Though a couple could lend it to being that is bigger than thought. One of her working in the kitchen that seems a bit more spacious and a couple of her bedroom including one that on 2nd look could be of a doorway that could either be a closed door or a open doorway onto a hallway going diagonally of it. The authors somewhat basic background art and tendency to fade things out to only showing small parts makes it hard to tell.
It could just be the mom works a lot and is seldom home except to sleep like seen in other series.
Am I the only one who thinks Yuki's mom sort of looks like an older Leo from "A Story About Treating a Female Knight, Who Has Never Been Treated as a Woman, as a Woman" (though obviously with no facial scar).
