Something’s not adding up here. Are xix and siana twins?

The Regis has only one son
Ninruta is the regis' son
Just broke the royal seal using Ninruta's blood
Siana is Serin's (and the Regis') daughter, and she's a necromancer like her mother. Xix could break the royal seal because, since he's a undead made by Siana, he shares her blood (like Jae Hyuk shares Serin's blood, as she explained on Immortal Regis chapter 1).
Probably Xix is just some child that Serin used to shake off those who try to look for her child (or he's Ifritta's first child with her cousin - I forgot his name - but it seems very unlikely looks-wise)

That's what make the most sense so far. I'm fairly sure about Ninruta, but it was Xix who I couldn't explain till now
