I made it (reluctantly, grudgingly yet hopeful) through chapter 2; but as I expected, the art has succeeded in driving me away... and before you ask,: yes, I do think I could draw it better. At the very least color it better - the lines are thin and weak, the choice for pastel-based muted tones are reminiscent of a bad 1980's sack dress. The characters have bad fashion sense; and yes - that shit matters. If your going to draw for a living, you need to have some idea of the era's fashions, accessories and designs. It doesn't have to be current, but it has to come from a general similar timeline for it to work. Otherwise no one can relate to your characters and your plot can suffer... and that's another thing - your plot needs depth. You don't get it here.
