Damn, these final chapters have been a masterclass of narrative technique.

And Sangwoo… now this is a villain I can applaud. Unashamed, ruthless, all the tropes done well, down to "villains don't look back when their minions are fighting". The gaslighting at the end is also great, and the cliffhanger is a textbook example of proper execution.

Man, i was hoping Sangwoo genuinely thought of Suhyeon as something close to a friend rather than just a pawn, poor dude doesn't deserve this

And yet he was all too willing to take his offer. I guess being in charge of ordering Yeonghoo around was too sweet an inducement to refuse. My sympathy for him has been qualified by this chapter.

I'm still holding hope that Sangwoo and Suhyeon get a less nihilistic outlook by the end. Either way, I'm hooked and I'm glad we get to see a proper ending to that story.
