It's another great character moment for Julian too. He already gave Lacrima a chance, but only after the fight was over and he proved he could beat her. This girl could easily just be fishing for an opportunity to hit him while his guard is down, but he STILL gives her a chance. Still chooses to be kind. He's a really good person despite the shitty world he's living in.

I really hope she manages to get away and rescue her brother. Let a small kindness make a small difference in the crapsack world.
