I understand the gravity of this battle but too many things are occuring at once. Revelations, near defeats/deaths, and now we've essentially spun back around to where we started. If this series is gonna go the distance, this arc might be a tremendous reference point.

Loved this Chapter, Liked Arkos back then too, liked his revived Clone, and now like that Arkos hates taking the L so hard he retakes Control over his body just to flex what he could've done to Julian if he had not played around like a dumbass.
He probably knows fully well that he was stupid to let things play out against julian like it did which makes the Hate grow even more for himself and the person that caused it.

Wait.....random realization but I think he is an "Accelerator" type Character? lol
Has aboslutely Bonkers Strong Superpowers and after decades of using them got bored so much with killing and winning that when he finally fights someone that can fight back he doesn't use his full power against them and gets his Ass Handed to him SO HARD he becomes Crippled (in Arkos's case straight up dies) and now can only use his insane powers in a Weakened state/for a limit time.
Surprisingly similar haha, don't think I have seen another "Accelerator" in ages! That is pretty neat!
Now we just need him to get a Sidekick to take care off and redeem himself somehow, though I doubt that'll happen with Arkos...

NGL, bringing back Arkos like this doesn't sit well with me
The author goofed up when Arkos got fucked up by Julian in the first arc.
Arkos was way too strong, and now we have a problem that if any character stronger than Arkos were to show up, it would bring a lot of things into question.
So he created Helem, a character who, non-diegetically, exists only to bring Arkos back into the picture.

It's Gojo and the Cube all over again.
