The manga is awesome and all, but the last several chapters have been really boring. It's just the German guards completely dominating the Parthians in everything. If the point is to make the German guards seem invincible, do we really need almost 20 chapters of this shit?

Yeah, right? I wish the author could just get to the point because a lot of these characters don't get enough focus/drama to be anywhere as compelling as Cestvs or Ruska (or even Nero). Watching super talented fighters kill weaklings isn't really why I read this comic. I'd rather just read a summary of events that concludes with "and that's why Nero set up the Roman Tenkaichi" or whatever this is supposed to lead to

I agree with the other two comments left here; while I am glad to learn more about the German guard and their fighting styles, histories and relationships, these fights were a lame way to do so. I'd have preferred it to be done the way it was being done so far; individual guards getting to shine during plot-relevant moments.

Tho the Immortals really aren't weaklings; remember it is the Guard who are superhumanly strong here. God's sake, Cassandra has diet sharingan!
