"I better be the last time in your life you forget both condom and pill!"
"Heh. See? I do have a cute side..."
I love this woman.
Mio is fighting for #1 for SciADV alongside Kurisu.

So I'm guessing that's Senri Minamisawa on page 4, in the middle panel from when she was being tortured?

And I'm also going to guess the woman with the guitar on page 12 is Momone Takayanagi, who later dies and becomes the second victim to the New Generation Madness.

She's good and all but there is some top contenders like Serika and Senri for that #1 spot. :meguu:

Woah, I completely forgot all about this manga. Just re-read the chapter... what was I on back then when I made that comment? Now I can't help but say "damn..."

That said, after listening to the Steins;Gate Aposteriori Drama CD, yeah Kurisu is uncontestable. Mio got no chance. That said, I gotta dive into the ChaoS side as deeply as I did the Steins side, because I keep forgetting what be going on after a week.

Oh thanks for reminding me to listen to that CD, I keep forgetting.

It's really unfortunate that there is not much side content for the Chaos; games, personally it's my favorite side in the whole SciAdv series. Though I did hear that CHAOS;CHILD Love chu☆chu!! translation is almost done so I'm looking forward to that. And then CHAOS;HEAD Love Chu☆Chu! will probably be done sooner or later according to the status.

Chaos; is denser than Steins; in the quality of its content, and yet Steins; has more quantity because quality can both attract and repel.

If you consider quality vs quantity, Steins;gate is easier to absorb since the magic of it, which is time travel, is easier to sort our heads around given how much on, and around the topic, we've been predisposed to. The CHAOS; side of the world is more opaque with the "delusions," which left me asking more questions than I'm getting answers. On the plus side, I like it, because that means I'm still awake and focused on the content, but how many people want to ask questions?

I'll admit, I got into Chaos; through the animes, and this is after I watched Steins;Gate. This was years before Chaos;Child anime got released. I watched that as it released, but I didn't refresh my knowledge of it by rewatching Chaos;Head and at that time, I wasn't into VNs.

What I find interesting is that many people got put off by Steins;gate due to the first 12 episodes (unless they were convinced to march on), and yet those people never checked out Chaos. I recall it getting to the thick of it sooner, no?

I'm still disappointed to this day that the Chaos; series never got proper anime adaptions. Like I guess in a way I get why Chaos;Head didn't work with how most of the game is focused on the MC by himself, which works way better in a visual novel than in anime form but Chaos;Child? Wasted potential all around. If either of these visual novels got proper adaptions I believe they would have as much popularity as Steins;Gate, and this is coming from someone who loves Steins;Gate also. :aquadrink:

Yeah I heard people didn't like the first 4 episodes, never really understood that, I enjoyed it since the beginning.

Probably didn't help that the Chaos;Head protagonist was pretty unlikable at the beginning for a lot of people, and then add in the rushed plot/characters and you get people tuning out fast. And I'm guessing since they didn't like Head they wouldn't want to watch Child since it's a sequel.
