In one chapter, i dont remember which, it mentions that chainsaw man ate the octopus devil as well as a handful of others. He was most likely eaten while attacking denji along with the octopus devil. Also it seems like a portal between the two worlds and if someone goes back through denji they will pop out of pochita.
