Yeah, in previous chapters I disagreed with similar comment, but it looks like Fujimoto lost the sauce, he's just throwing shit at wall and looks what sticks. Its not that story is more disjointed than 1st part, its just episodic as hell, and Denji getting dunked on is a theme, with little to no reason, he's a kid that didn't do anything particulary bad to get in this shit. Random people getting offed and its not phasing him out is also weird.

He's seen hundreds of gruesome deaths by now, what is he supposed to do? And I don't get the "he's just a kid who didn't do anything bad" comment. This was never meant to be the kind of story where bad things only happen to bad people.
