I always knew this was a romcom.

Yoru really looks like she's enjoying her time with Denji. Meanwhile, Asa seems to be worried about him.

There's always these two types of wives. One that lets her hubby do whatever he wants while also doing anything for him, and another who wants the best for him. Just take them both since they're already sharing the same body.

No wonder everyone in Public Security is dumb, they are all flunkies who skipped school.

And I'm just here hoping Fujimoto doesn't kill him by the end of the story and let him have an average yet fulfilling life.
He's 100% going to die. Like, there's no question about it.
Also, am I the only one who doesn't like how non-chalant the general public is about the world ending?
Like, most people turned into chainsaw-demons, everything is going to shit, you don't even need to know that the Death Devil is coming to figure out that the world is ending, humanity is at the brink of extinction.
But people are just walking the streets normally, and the girls are dressing up to go to school and do festivals and stuff?
Can't you do something more interesting with societal collapse?

My theory is that the mass hysteria, impending doom, or some other kind of devil of similar concept is currently erased so people just don't recognise such disasters. It'd make sense as one of the ones Pochita picked to keep Denji happy. Might have happened offscreen recently.

I know people didn't like it, but I love it. Asa/War doesn't hold back and the cards are on the table. Denji can operate within that as opposed to being completely ruled by lust. He has learned at least something about being manipulated. Which is huge for a guy with no education and having been just living based on primal urges for so long.

Honestly, I don't feel like it's hysterira or anything of the sort, I feel like it's just Fujimoto not giving a fuck.
It's not any better that we're wondering if something we missed happened that justifies this lack of in-universe lack of concern.
But hey, we had one boner joke this chapter, so I guess it's peak.

I remember this feeling, chapters are becoming too rushed again, it is literally the same pacing as part 1. Also, what do you think he was referencing to Pochita in the last page? About Asa/Yoru liking him or that he is going to get screwed by them?

I think one of the biggest points of the previous chapters is that society is broken beyond repair. Everyone either doesn’t care or copes with the situation remarkably well. Don’t forget, they live in a world where 7 out of 20 deaths are caused by devils. It’s simply a part of their lives. In fact, characters like Asa, who still cries over her parents’ deaths, feel like they don’t fit into society.

Don’t forget that Denji’s school was attacked by Asa’s first friend, who made a pact with the Justice Devil and ended up killing multiple students. But even that was forgotten pretty quickly as life simply "moved on." Society has become so used to the terror that it has lost its instinct to care. The clues have always been there, it’s up to the readers to pick them up.

Even Denji doesn’t care about saving everyone, but he tries to save as many as possible. That’s exactly why he was so infuriated that his actions inevitably caused the deaths of so many civilians. I assume the reason he stopped himself from touching Yoru/Asa was simply that he believed his sexual urges had ruined not only his own life but also the lives of many others, and he felt partly guilty about it.

So my point is, Let Fujimoto cook.

Last page: "No Asa, I won't pull your finger. Already fell for that one"

My man Denji is still a good boy, he was tempted by the sleeping boobs but kept his cool and covered the crazy 2x1 girl with a blanket like a gentleman
