Typically, Devils embodying more "human" concepts look more human than the ones embodying more "natural" concepts. So the Angel Devil looks like a human because angels and religion were thought up by humans, while the Tomato Devil just looks like a big tomato, because tomatoes are just a plant; the Gun Devil has a bunch of humans faces in it, while the Fish Devil's just a spider fish; the Chainsaw Devil (In it's normal form) looks like a person wearing armor, while the Snow Devil looks like some freaky alpaca; &c. (And of course the devils representing humanity's inherent fears look almost entirely human. Because you wouldn't be human without them.)

If this really is the Chainsaw Man Devil, I think it's interesting how inhuman it looks. It would imply that people don't really see Chainsaw Man as a "human" but rather something more akin to a force of nature. I think the fact that it looks like a sort of messed up corpse with the bones and veins is particularly interesting in interpreting how people view "Chainsaw Man."

But that's like the least convincing theory. I don't think Fujimoto will go into that kinda silly meta humor. What's next, Chainsawman Devil Devil? This thing said "justice" twice in its introduction, that's the key hint imho.

my theory : maybe this new girl is not actually a devil . she is just a "normal" human girl , who acts a little crazy and talks crazy , lol .

- normal human girl : ... mina-san = everyone-san , ... you guys are smiling , so that means you are suffering and are in pains ( ????? ) , you guys make me so sad , sob sob .

the mangaka gives a band-aid to a random boy , to make him "unique and special" , so maybe this boy will be important to the plot in the future .

- normal human girl : im the goblin-slayer / the ant-slayer / the slayer of ants .

i guess band-aid boy is a virgin , so he acts nice to the new girl , so then he can make love with her , lol .
