the imagery of the astronauts was cool, but the devil of the dark itself looks pretty lame imo. maybe just me but i don't find these demons made of multiple human body parts that interesting. maybe the devil of the dark shouldn't even be fully perceivable

I know it's really late but one thing that isn't mentioned enough in these comments is the fact that throughout the entire chapter power doesn't say a word. Even she is afraid nothing else besides maybe when her cat was in danger has made her shut up for an entire chapter. Another thing the sky of hell is made out of doors doors to the other side so what if those doors are the devil of death one of the greatest fears is the unknown the other side
