Power and Denji are hilarious doing normalish stuff. Both are totally out to lunch. Out of the devilmen Power is the most fleshed out and enjoyable character. Angel is well explained within a limited time but he’s so morose. Shark had a few good gags like Denji riding him but he didn’t have much else going on. I hope Bomb returns at some point seems like there was a lot more to her especially with her exit. Violance was just a mask. No idea what’s the deal with spider zipper. Makamia is the mystery driving the story.

I will gladly take an asspull to stop Aki from dying please don't take him away this is actually a good trio. I want him to live, I want power to live, I want all of them to live honestly. Man I hate this man because whenever a chapter like this happens just like from Tokyo ghoul something terrible is about to happen.

I started reading (and watching) because of the Reze Arc movie OST. I have severe shounen burnout that I avoid the genre like the plague. For now, I'm glad that this doesn't seem like the typical shounen. Characters actually die (and seems to stay dead?), and the artwork is just so gorgeous.
This chapter is just so wholesome and for sure going to make me cry ugly later on.
